Assistant Manager - Sales

    • • Achieve agreed sales targets through effective market penetration and customer contact.
    • • Recommends alternative Sales strategies incorporating trend, data analysis to ensure targets are met.
    • • Prepares and maintain on-line, update relevant documentation, records, formats and MIS for easy referencing and retrivability.
    • • Maintains close contact with guests and market and to earn goodwill and recommends modification of product, services, amenities based on analysis of feedback.
    • • Assists in the development and preparation of the Sales and Marketing Plan and Sales Budget.
    • • Assists in Food & Beverage promotion and special promotional activity.
    • • Organizes PR activity, to ensure goodwill and effective market penetration, within corporate guidelines.

    Qualifications: MBA in Sales

    Experience: 3-5 years
