Keys Hotels has acquired 17 sites (12 for Hotels, 4 for Resorts and 1 for Serviced Apartments) with 6 more sites locked in. Development has commenced on 10 sites. The company is currently in advanced negotiations/diligence for an additional 20 sites. Six hotels and two Resorts at Trivandrum, Chennai, Mahabaleshwar Ludhiana, Bangalore, Mumbai and Lonavala are now operational with a total room count of 939.
