Sanjay is a hotel management graduate from IHM Pusa and has spent 22 years in the Hospitality Industry. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator from the American Hotel Association. He has over the years acquired knowledge through mediums like Cornell, XLRI and TMPT. During his 14-year tenure with the Taj Group, he served as an assessor of Tata Group companies through a model based on the Malcolm Baldridge method of business management.

In August of 2006,Sanjay quit a senior position at the Taj Group of Hotels to set up Berggruen Hotels in partnership with Berggruen Holdings, New York.

Sanjay is a hardcore hotel operations man and has along the years gained competencies in Finance, Design and Development.

Partha comes with experience of over two-and-a-half decades with the Taj Group and overall three decades, where he has been involved in setting up and rebranding of its hotels in New Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow and The Taj Mahal in Mumbai. Partha had also played a pivotal role in the rebranding exercise and launch of Ginger Hotels, the budget brand under the Taj stable.

Partha's strength lies in the field of marketing and launching of new brands and hotels and in his networking capabilities with industry business providers like travel companies and corporate houses.

Arif Khan brings over 2 decades of experience, both in India and abroad with Taj Hotels, Palaces and Resorts. He has been responsible for setting up a complete Human Resource framework when Taj launched its hotels in Dubai.

An experienced HR professional, his strength lies in implementing robust HR systems and delivering a Human Resource Value Proposition for optimal HR management.

Alex has 15 years of hospitality experience with the Oberoi Group and with the Taj Group of Hotels and has spent 4 years in international assignments. He is an MBA from The Asian School of Business Management Manila, Philippines and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from the Oberoi School of Management.

Alex brings with him knowledge of global best practices in the field of hospitality and business management

Man Singh Rathore has over 30 years of experience in handling the procurement function at Taj Hotels. He was also associated in setting up the Materials Departments at various Taj Properties.

He is a graduate from Delhi University and his strength lies in negotiations, implementing systems and effective controls and in comprehensive knowledge of imports and other related regulations.

Vikas is a Qualified Charted Accountant from the institute of Charted Accountants of India and also a qualified Cost Accountant from ICWAI.

Vikas is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years experience in Finance, Business Planning and strategy and has worked extensively in portfolio’s consisting of start up ventures in which he has been keenly focused on turnaround /profitability enhancement.

He has been associated with Tata Tea, Thomas cook and Marico ltd in various capacities.

An experienced finance professional, his strength lies in financial planning and business strategy along with fund raising , evaluating acquisition opportunities , implementing robust financial systems & controls and optimizing stakeholder value
